In this digital age, most buyers preview homes online. If a home is empty or cluttered it usually doesn't make the cut and they will never make it to your front door. A staged home photographs well and appeals to a broader range of buyers, in turn bringing more traffic through your home.

In a 2012 HomeGain.com Survey of 600 Real Estate Agents Nationwide, it was discovered that sellers who spent $724 on Home Staging Services for their home received a price increase of $2,145. That's a 196% Return on Investment!!

Home staging seems to be all the rage in Real Estate in the last few years, with good reason! However, Bruce & Tanya have been offering it for their clients for many years.
